Ms. Verleana D. Green, Esq. received a Bachelors degree from the University of California at Berkeley and her Juris Doctorate from the University of San Francisco School of Law. As a legal professional, this Oakland native gained experienced by working for a premiere international law firm, Orrick Herrington & Sutcliffe, in the practice area of securities litigation. In addition, Ms. Green worked in the mutual funds contracts department at one of the largest and most recognized investment firms, Charles Schwab & Co., Inc. Ms. Green also worked under the General Counsel at Robert Half International Inc, drafting and negotiating employment contracts for 15 states and 8 lines of Business.
Ms. Green’s law practice focuses on contract review and negotiation, corporate litigation and probate. As a zealous representative of her clients, Ms, Green strives to get her clients the best results in the most cost effective manner. Ms. Green is a member of several professional organizations including: the California State Bar, Alameda County Bar Association, Charles Houston Bar Association, USF Inns of Court & Students Rising Above Scholarship.

Ms. Verlean Grant currently is the Office Assistant at the Law Offices of Verleana D. Green. Ms. Grant has 22 years of experience as an Account Clerk for Alameda County Social Services. Upon retiring from Alameda County, Ms. Grant served as the Executive Director of a non-profit organization based in Oakland, CA- Work Income Family Economic Support (W.I.V.E.S.).
